Hi,

I have just moved into The Views (Golf Tower 1), and the AC in my bedroom is not cooling. I called the maintenance number the concierge gave me, but they said I do not have a contract with them. The agent I deal with is on holiday until 11th Sep. Who usually pays for the maintenance? Is it the landlord or the tenant?
