Hi there!
Have just found a villa I adore and would like to confirm.
However a few things need to be done...can anybody give me some info on the following:
- how much does it cost to make a small new bathroom (approx. 2.5 sqm), toilet, sink and shower?
- how much does it cost to install 2 AC units and aside from the power do you need any further connection???
- What should we expect all our costs to be (DEWA, Etisalat, etc. in a 3-4br villa with large garden and private pool?
