This is why I never drink the tap water or use it for cooking here. I know it is perfectly safe when it leaves the source but it is what happens to it in the water tanks here that worries me, especially in the summer when the water is heated to the perfect bacteria growing temp. The tanks in my building were cleaned this year... that is the first time they have been done in the 5 years I have lived there, a scary thought.
