We are looking to buy in the meadows but we are unsure which meadows is the best one, not too far from SZH and have the pool and play area not too far away as we have two children. Any ideas????

Hi, I would say meadows 1 and 2 they have a big communitypool and very nice playarea's and its very close to SZR Good luck

Hi! We just bought in Meadows 6 and love the location as it suits us for lots of reasons from schooling to start with. It has two big parks, both with pools and playgrounds and also quick access to a Springs park. We only ever wanted to buy in Meadows for it being the optimum for us in terms of location and houses that fit our budget. There are not that many Meadows villas on the market so it is not like we could go to each Meadows and look for lots of houses. Most I saw for sale were in Meadows 1 and 2 and then 7, 8 and 9. There is a really big lake that is shared by some of the Meadows such as 6-8 and that appealed to us as we like going for jogs and so forth nice for children - we too have two little ones. We looked at Meadows 9 but it did not appeal to us due to its location and lack of facilities like swimming pool. There are more houses available there but it was not for us. You can get a bigger house there for the price of a smaller one in other Meadows though. I am not sure which type you are looking for - some 4 bedrooms seem to be on the market, and then some bigger ones. Adviceseeker's suggestion of the Lakes is also valid. We looked around there also and it is lovely there, very green but what made us choose Meadows is that it is very close to the school my DD goes to so she can walk there when she is older and also the parks are much bigger than in the lakes, more space to run around and also the big lake as we feel it will add to our lifestyle. Our friends bought in Meadows 5 a couple of months back and love it there. Although we did not buy through Espace agents as the house we bought was via another agent, I have to say there is an agent called Alastair who just could not do too much for you - the greatest guy and very professional - one of the really decent ones. They should have some Meadows villas on their books. Good luck no matter what!

Take a drive around Meadows 2, there are 2 pools and a huge play area, and it's close-ish to SZR. Some of the villas are in poor condition but hopefully you'll find a good one.
