I'm embarking on a diet/exercise push over the next few months or so, and am doing a gym session and a swim session daily, as well as eating the right stuff (mainly high protein, low carb, low fat).

I just wondered if anyone has had any success with any dietary supplements I could add into the mix, or weightloss 'therapies'.

I'm highly motivated as I have a major goal at the end of October to be fitter/lighter for, and willing to try anything, however, not willing to waste my money on things that actually don't work :)

Well done on your weight loss Monkey Face - I've lost probably 8 kilos since Feb, but still loads to go, hence major exercise boost too, and looking for any supplements. It's normal to hit a plateau, I've been at the same weight pretty much since early June. We have to shock our bodies and sometimes the only way to do that is to eat "normally" again for a week or two, and then start over.

Low carb diet and maaaaaaaybe a little bit of dieters tea - I've lost 12 kilos since Feb, started off first 6 weeks strictly no carbs, then slowly reintroduced them, but very little. Cut out the fries, rice, bread and you will see major results quickly.
