Thanks for your replies ladies! It is going to be an online shopping website and i do not require a physical office space. So do i have to have a company outside freezone to operate it? Can i get a license from Dubai Internet city of somewhere and operate from there? I'm so sorry, just new to Dubai and the licensing procedure here is quite confusing!!! How much would it cost to setup ? Need help!!!

you can get all the info/prices re virtuezone on www.vz.ae You dont need a sponsor to setup a fz company but if you want to actively sell goods into the UAE you will need a distributor as fz companies are not allowed to sell goods into the UAE from the fz direct. edited by Shinynewpony on 11/07/2011 I second that. You will need a partner company outside of the FZ with a general trading license.

Also do you have any information on Virtuzone? How much would license cost? any ideas? Do I need local sponsor? Thanks
