This is true as far as I know. It seems that each person has a different level of exercise / heart rate that causes the most effective form of weight loss. The first part of the exercise is merely "warming up"' then the next part is loosing weight, but if you go on too long you are building endurance and muscles ( which is conta productive if you want to loose weight. For me e.g. my heart rate while exercising should be between 120-140 in order to loose weight.
