We are renting a fully furnished 2 bed villa. However we need to remove the study furniture which comprises of a chair, desk and 2 shelving units at our own expense (as told by our landlord!). We need the extra room for visitors as don't want my DS thrown out of his routine when my parents come over. Does anyone know of a reliable company? Thanks,

Just to clarify, it was the previous tenants that converted the once playroom to an office and bought the office furniture..... Thanks for your helpful responses crystalsindubai and Di@DXB........

Why should the landlord pay for your moving expenses? I think the op means the previous tennants left furniture in the villa and is insisting that she fork out for it's removal and storage! I think that she rented fully furnished then it's her responsibility if she doesn't like some of the furniture. didn't see that bit!! Yes you're right then

Had good experience with Eazy Moving & Storage in Al Qoz, tel 971-4-343 5001. The premises are clean, cooled, easy 24-hour access and reasonably priced. I would agree with Monkey Face that this should not be the landlord's concern (except perhaps to get his own furniture returned in "as is" condition).
