Hello,

For all the Arabian Ranches ladies that are familiar with the different Palmeras - Which of the different areas would you prefer to live in? Are there any major differences between - say Palmera 2 and Palmera 4? We are looking at buying a place there and could really use some advice!

Many thanks,
CD

Thanks for the quick responses. Germanbird, I think I will take your advice and go for a walk around the communities. I currently live in the downtown area and there has been a lot of construction going around, so I am running away from all the noise! So quiet is the first thing that I am looking for - so thanks for the input. Are all the layouts for the Type C similar? Do some have bigger plots on the outside? cheers,

We are in Palmera 3 and love living here. We are directly opposite the mosque but and never hear it with the windows and doors closed. The main road that runs at the back of us doesn't bother us either in fact it's the motor city raing cars that we ear over the road at the back of us. We live opposite the pool so it's perfect for that quick dip. Pool is never too busy and we always manage to get a lounger! Been here two years and only leaving to move back to theuk this summer.

Hi carpediem, we live in Palmera 4 which is the first Palmera community as you drive in from the Studiocity roundabout. If I could choose again, I would move to Palmera 1 or 2 as they are much quieter (away from the road that connects Emirates Road and Bypass Road). Our villa is facing that road and in can get quite loud with all the big truck passing through. Palmera 4 is probably the most noisy and Palmera 1 the most quiet. Saying that, Palmera 3 has the mosque opposite... Best thing I think is to do a walk alongside the Palmera communities so that you get a good picture of what you like / dislike. In terms of layout / playground / pool they are all pretty much the same I think. Good luck, we love living here!
