I flew with them to Sofia last year. They are very budget low cost. The seats were really uncomfortable and didn't recline at all. You can pay for extra room but what you get isn't extra leg room it is the seat next to me but the arm rest didn't go up?? They are okay for a very short flight but I wouldn't want to fly with them for more than 4 hours

They do not fly direct. They are also a low cost airline, so set your expectations low.
