We're in Al Waha villas and had the same problem. DH said basically the kitchen fitters had fitted everything ever so slightly too low, so no model of dishwasher would fit. The maintenance guys had to chip off half of the marble border to get it to fit in.

We've just moved into a bungalow in the green community at motor city and no matter what the movers did they couldn't get the dishwasher to fit under the kitchen worktop. They removed the top and the feet and still no luck. Went looking for a shorter one today but the all seem to measure the same. Anyone local give me some advice please? What did you do?
