Hi All - just joined Fitness First in Ibn Battuta. For Aed 399 per month - you have access to the gym and unlimited classes of Zumba, Yoga and Power Yoga, etc. Visited my 1st Yoga class yesterday for an hour. Body hurting all over but very good. Talked to a few people in the class and they said if I keep it up not only will I lose weight but the body will get toned all over. Plus it will help me also to get good sleep - as am insomniac. There was an Indonesian female who was the instructor but I believe there is also an Indian instructor who I believe will be taking the class tomorrow at 8:30 am for an hour. So do check it out. Good value for money!

From the list you gave, I would choose between Zen Yoga and Bharat Thakur. Zen Yoga has multiple locations but the one in Media City is quite good, Bharat Thakur is in Satwa, if im not mistaken.
