Have just bought a magazine on-line from Zinio - after reading on EW about this wonderful site - but having trouble reading it.
Have downloaded the Zinio Reader 4 but it doesn't seem to open. Just wondering if anyone else had a problem with this, and if so how did you fix it.?

You may have a corrupted download of either the reader or the magazine. We have Zinio on the iPad and also on one of our Macs, and it works fine on both. Contact Zinio support.
