We were having an interesting discussion in EW HQs this week about whether kids should or shouldn't be allowed their phones before bed... perhaps the first question is, at what age are they even allowed a phone to begin with?
Do you let your little ones use their phone (or tablet?) before bedtime... Do you feel this is having a negative impact on their ability to relax and unwind before bed? We've all been told to pull the plug on electronics a few hours before bed as adults, so what effect would this have on our children?
We'd love to hear your thoughts!
