Have you ever considered Hypnosis? I have lost 7kg in the last few months with a combination of hypnosis and good diet. It has stopped me snacking in-between meals. Now that i've found out i'm pregnant will def do it again after I have given birth. Even now my emotional attitude to food has changed. I can pass her number to you if you fancy, she is based at knowledge village.

Are you watching what you eat DC or would yu put your weight loss completely down the Shredding???? I'm [i'>trying[/i'> to eat low-GI, which always works for weight maintenance for me (she says, sneaking another piece of Whole Nut into the chops :D). I lost a load of weight doing low-GI and Hypoxi a few years ago so before I got pregnant, if my jeans were tight, I just got a whole lot stricter with the low-GI. Now, I think it's a combination of the two but I'm definitely building a fair amount of muscle so I'm not sure what the scales will say on Thursday (the end of my 30 days). I plan to measure myself too so I'll let you know!

All I can say is - I envy those who have shifted their baby weight within the first few weeks!!! 10kgs down 2 weeks post partum! 10kgs stuck 14 weeks post partum :/: And it's a stubborn 10kgs that I am going to have to work my b*tt off to shift! And I have a whole closet full of beautiful clothing and shoes which I refuse to part with and I refuse to buy a bigger size, even if it means I am still wearing my maternity dresses until I can claim my old body back :D I SHALL conquer this ;)

I put on 18kg each time (1 boy, 1 girl). 1st time around, I lost 15kg by the time I got pregnant again (12 months PP)... 2nd time around, I lost about 12kg by 4 months PP and then plateaued, so ended up "watching what I ate" (portion sizes, more than anything else) once DS was 1 year old (so any consequences for milk supply wouldn't be too much of an issue) and have lost 10kg since last May, bringing me down to the weight I was in my early twenties (big grin!). Both times I was back in pre-preg clothes a few weeks after the birth. Dunno what that says about the state of my clothes or what I must have looked like in them! lol

I know how you feel, i have always been slim for my height and lost 14kg's after birth of my DD but now am struggling with the last 6kg's. I used to eat what i wanted as i excercised lots and although i still excercise and i now watch what i eat it just wont shift. If you find a solution please do let us know.

I think I lost most of my weight by my 6 week check-up - however, it's easier to lose if you only get to 30 weeks! Although I've lost the weight - I'm definitely NOT toned!!! I've got a long way to go before I've got my body back and for me unfortunately, I have to be very careful with how much exercise I do as it affects my milk supply if I'm not careful (good excuse too ;) he he). I am looking forward to getting back to some exercise tho!!! Bring it on!

I squeezed back into my pre-bump skinny jeans eight weeks post-birth and then didn't shift anything till seven months. I'm now doing the 30-Day Shred and finally, finally, it's coming off and I'm toning up. This Thursday is my last day of the 30 days so I'll measure myself and let you know how I've done! I know I've lost weight, though, as I can easily see it and DH has noticed too. It's been really hard. I think I convinced myself it would all drop off - I was BFing till 7 months - but it didn't and I was too lazy to do anything about it. Now I'm exercising every day (minus a few weekend days!) I feel so much better that I'm actually doing something about it. And on that note... it's Shred time. Are you watching what you eat DC or would yu put your weight loss completely down the Shredding????

I'm sure it makes a difference with a boy or a girl... with my dd I put on 15kgs by 36weeks (she was premmie) and had to loose 12 kgs afterwards took almost 7/8months of swimming low carb ect hard going. With my DS I put on less weight about 13kgs 38.5weeks He's now 3 months and have only 3 kgs to loose :) yippeee but I have been careful what I'm eating (with a few treats) and could do with more excercise to tone up. Do you mean 6 weeks not months after a c section as both mine were c sections and always told 6 weeks. Thats an interesting theory, the boy/girl thing. I was wondering why i put so much weight this time. With both DSs i added 11 kgs by 40 weeks. I am 27 weeks pregnant wit DD and i have added 9 kilos already. And for those who lost all their pregnancy weight as soon as 4 weeks to 3 months, thats a really good accomplishment. I know drs say the norm is to give ur body a year to get back to normal :\:

you could try the Cobone deal for inch loss with Perfect Figure. Today is the last day of the offer. Good for post natal inch loss . I think they told me you need to wait for 6 mths if you have a Csection.

I lost all my pregnancy weight within 4 weeks, HOWEVER I still have weight to loose from pre pregnancy and that weight does not seem to be shifting at all. I'm typing this as I munch on whats probably my 5th (!!!) cadbury dairy milk chocolate so far, and sadly, it won't be my last.
