Visiting the UAE? Whether you're traveling to the country for family, work, or tourism, we've got some great news for those interested in visiting Dubai Expo 2020.

Tourists, UAE residents, and other visitors arriving in the UAE through Dubai airports will be given free Expo 2020 passports.

According to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), the airports will distribute only 3,000 copies at passport control.

"Amid the optimism and joy which prevailed at Dubai airports, Dubai started granting today 3,000 Expo 2020 passports to those coming to the UAE," GDRFA said in an official tweet.

But don't worry if you'll miss it at the airport, the popular yellow booklets are available at the Expo 2020 site, online, and from official stores.

What is the Dubai Expo 2020 passport?

The Expo 2020 passport makes for a lovely keepsake for all visitors.

Anyone visiting the 'greatest show on Earth', taking place until Thursday, 31st of March 2022, can use the booklet to collect stamps from each of the expo's pavilions in a tour "around-the-world".

There are 192 pavilions at the world's fair, and each country offers a different stamp.

You can purchase it for AED 25 from all official Expo 2020 Dubai stores located across the event, the Expo 2020 Dubai store located at Dubai Airport Terminal 3, or online.

Can you collect all Expo 2020 stamps in one day?

Collecting all Expo 2020 countries' stamps will take more time than you think. That's the fun part - there is so much to see, do, and experience at the world's fair that repeat visits are a must if you wish to enjoy all that the event has to offer.

In fact, some frequent visitors have already managed to collect all stamps after several repeat visits to Expo 2020.

How much are Expo 2020 tickets?

A day's pass costs AED 95, a 30-day pass is available for AED 195, and it's AED 495 for a season pass.

Visitors under the age of 18, students, senior citizens, nannies, and drivers can enter free of charge.
