hello! i actually went on my own, and got lucky as when i went i was the only person in 3 adjacent villas! when i used boutique sri lanka they gave me a few options in each place - they are really transparent about pros and cons of each. if you tell them you think they're a bit pricey i'm sure they could come up with something else. sri villas, where i stayed, were ultimate luxury (own staff, cook, yoga teacher, masseuse) but there are lots and lots of lovely places that are gorgeous without their price tag. sri lanka in itself is such a glorious treat! i'd even look at air arabia packages if they have any.

Hi Kelly, I noticed you had recommended srivillas a few times, I had a look into it to get a quote and it came back fairly expensive, I think probably because we are going as two and the villas are for more people; did you go as a group? Not sure if anyone can recommend any great accommodation in Sri Lanka? Thanks!!
