Bump please - does anyone have a FD Entertainer Dubai that they want to sell? We rarely go out but may go to the Grand Grill on Friday night. My email is below. Thank you.

Just bought ours two weeks ago, and guess what we already got it's cost back. we tried couple of new places that we didn't know about, and really enjoyed the offers. If you have kids you will love them , if not i guess you will be using one of the two books and it is worth

would def buy, we got here in an Aug and had saved the price of the book (fine dining) in one visit, we don't go out a lot but we generally choose somewhere that's in the book. In fact we're thinking about getting another FD book for when friends come out at the end of the summer as it's so worth it for our favourite places. As janesul says, I can't understand anyone not buying one, well unless you never go out. The FD has some tip top restaurants in it, and the family one is good value for everyday eating out, coffee and waterparks and that kind of place.

We usually get our money back within a month or less of buying them and we are not big goer outers as such. Well worth it - cannot understand anybody NOT buying one!

If you have kids, lots of visitors or like eating at nice restaurants then they are definitely worth it - we make our money back several times over. We have the family book (even though we have no kids - good for water parks and casual restaurants) and the fine dining book. Wild Wadi and Aquaventure vouchers are useful for visitors (or if you have kids) and at a nice restaurant you can easily make all or most of the money back for the book in one meal. We went to Nobu for our anniversary and were able to use a voucher on the taster menu which saved us 400 dirhams and the book cost less than this. However bear in mind that the books are valid until the end of December so you need to decide whether you will make the money back before then. Have a look at The Entertainer website and all of the vouchers are listed on there so you can see whether you would go to the places in it. edited by Nic_R on 07/07/2011
