Fasting and Exercising during Ramadhan......

Anyone else finding it hard to exercise during the month of Ramadhan????? I need to loose a bit of weight and struggling, trying to go for a walk after eating everyday but still struggling:(((

Anyone have any tips and ideas....Im trying to stay away from the fatty foods but find it a little hard when the cravings kick in!!!!!

I have really struggled, the first couple of days I did manage to go for walks but now as we are towards the end of the month I have put on a bit of weight and finding my clothes feel quite snugg:((( Really need to get back to some form of routine or work out really sooon!!!

I do my exercises after iftar - it's really hard, but better than during the day on an empty stomach.

I am in Toronto and was working out everyday for a month till Ramadan started. I tried to continue by choosing classes where I could manage w/o water but gave up after a few days. I am trying to control what I eat so that I dont put back the little that I lost but its hard with such long fasts. We all seem to be in the same boat!

yeah it's really tough, I always make sure I have enough carbs for energy (healthy carbs like wholewheat pasta). I also find it hard to keep away from the goodies after fasting all day!!
