i love tomatoes and i love brown rice, so i find them delish! i know not to everyone's taste though!
Please ideas, I go first.
Chickpea and couscous
Chop one red onion, fry with finely chopped ginger and garlic in sunflower oil or butter together with garam masala; add one tin of chick peas. Add two cups of couscous and two cups of chicken stock or hot water, put a lid on and wait for 5 min serve with salad.
