I had regional Daman from my previous employer. I haven't used it a lot but it worked everywhere, i never had a problem. Good dental coverage too...

Yes, probably. But Daman have various tiers of service - ours is UAE only, which although that makes sense for our lifestyle, means that we can only use very dodgy doctors in Karama! But the regional one or the expatriate one is much better, I think.
