Thank you Di@DXB - that is what I was hoping to hear! Got to love Big W and Target. I got some heavily reduced Egyptian cotton sheets from Target for my queen size bed but DH wanted the king size bed!

Yes- my DD took king and queen size bought here back to Oz, bought sheets at Big W and they fit, you can get really beautiful 1000 thread count sheets there for a fraction of what you pay here too and the sizes fit fine, see here for sizes and types. Got these in the sale at Big W for AUD40! http://tinyurl.com/63ld7bq p.s When you are looking for the sheets/linen dept in the stores in Oz it is called "Manchester." Think it depends on the size... Us king size is not the same size as European king size. Getting very fed up with all these different sizes... Our mattress is 180x200 and I'm struggling to find a nice surround for it as most of the ones that I like are US sizes. Have bedding (especially pillow cases) in so many different sizes!!!
