Will they pin it for you ? My dress is way too long and have no one to do this for me ! I have never asked them to pin the hems, I always work that out myself and tell them them, its just a couple of guys sitting there, they do some sewing and some of the work is sent elsewhere, so maybe better to try to work out how many inches the hem needs to be raised and give them the measurement.

When you are there, if you look at the directory of the IBn battuta mall, there is a tailor listed. That's the one. Go to Customer service, they will direct you there too.

where abouts in ibn battuta ? iv never seen a tailor in that mall ! Yes, its there but a bit hidden, you would never see it walking around becasue its down a service corridor. You go in near the Body Shop area and take the service corridor, at the end of that corridor you go left through doors, you will think you are going to the trash room! But don't worry you will see the tailors room right ahead. They are fine and very reasonable.

If you just want the hem taken up the tailor in IBN Battuta can do that, I use them for all those sorts of things, don't need to pay a dressmaker for that.

I recently had a dress shortened at Dreamgirls Tailors in Satwa, I was worried about getting it done because it was a very delicate material but they did a great job - I think it was 20 dirhams.
