I have a bad right hip, so was thinking I'd get one to distribute the weight to the otherside :)

Better to get 2 for even weight distribution. I dont suffer from knee problems but the day i forgot my sticks i was crippled whilst trekkingso a good investment

Got mine for 20aed each at TCHIBO in the outlet mall. Really good quality as they had the springs which reduces stress on the knees.Used themfor trekking the Inca trail in Peru.

I think they have them in Decathlon at Mirdiff City Centre. That place has everything to do with sport and activities x
