First time I am making bread in my German made baking machine. Can I use normal yeast or some special kind of machine yeasts. Where I can find machine yeast easily? Any suggestion & guidance highly appreciated. TIA

Watch the yeast - if it goes out of date you're bread won't work! I thought my bread maker had died (is 8 years old +), turned out my pot of yeast was nearly a year out of date - I now buy the little sachets rather than a tub.

With mine the yeast goes in last! It's always best to follow the instructions for your machine and to add the ingredients in the order given in the recipe.

Spinneys sell the flour and yeast you need. My machine tells me to put the yeast in first. Good luck

I have to use strong flour in my machine. This is specifically for bread making and has a high gluten content. Yes - you need strong flour for bread machines - good luck!

You need powdered, dry yeast - it should be in any supermarket - maybe near the flour section or cake making stuff? thanks Redlesley. what about the flour? is it all purpose flour?
