IVF with immune treatment in Dubai?

I have recently moved to Dubai from the UK. I have a history of miscarriage through IVF (ICSI) and recently had tests in the UK which found high natural killers cells and was treated for this during a frozen embryo transfer that was unsuccessful. I took clexane, prednisolone and intralipid in addition to the usual FET protocol. Does anyone know of any clinics in Dubai that have experience of immune issues using these drugs? or that test for natural killer cells? Would really appreciate any knowledge or experience of this as at the moment I am looking at returning to the UK or else where abroad, for my next treatment - which I would rather not do if there is a good alternative here.

Apologies if this has come up before or I am in the wrong place - new to this site :)

Do you know if there is a support group not online but meetings. Have just had my fourth and last failed IVF and not handling the emotions very well!! Endoftheroad, so sorry to hear your treatment has been unsuccessful, it's such a difficult thing to have to go through. Don't know of any support groups as I'm very new to Dubai so can't help there, but know how painful the failure is. I know FF is online but lots of people organise meet ups through it I think or you may find good advice about a group by posting on there? Really hope you find a way through it with time.

Hi I was surfing the net and found this link for Healing if any one of you is interested to read these articles . This is basically for Muslims so if a Muslim read and act accordingly it will be beneficial for them am sure. But any one else can get the benefits. http://www.kaheel7.com/ar/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=41&Itemid=69 edited by basilgarden on 11/01/2012

As far as I know the CARE fertility clinics are great with immune issues.

Hi. I have done 3 icsi here and went back to Ireland for last treatment. I had read alot about Immune issues but my doctor in DGFC did not recognize it. Fakih does accept it as an issue but does not do intralipid. So I went back to Ireland for my last cycle to do it. Cos they seem to be much more aware of immune issues, I have raised natural killer cells too but with ovarian reserve issues! I did the intralipid there. If I was to suggest any doc that would go down the immune road it would be dr fakih on Beach road. Or else go back home for it where they are experienced with it.
