It's just such a mission to get the car seat out (with the Maxi Cosi adaptors) because you have to push the one button then lift the car seat a bit then the other and I'm short so have to do one at a time! Also when I want to close it it happens often that it just won't close! Push the grey buttons but it gets stuck half way :( Is it just me :((

Wish this post was there before I bought mine :(. Though I love my Quinny as its great for our daily walks, I am getting increasingly annoyed by how heavy it is to lift in and out of the car boot! Also, somehow the clasp always comes undone when I am trying to get it out, half the times I unload an open stroller! I thought it was me who was doing something wrong..... but I guess it's just the design. DS still loves it though, so that's a saving grace. And it is very easy to maneuvre... thank God Hey there, I don't have a quinny but I've been doing some research on it and found comments on Amazon indicating that there is a security latch or something that you need to engage so that it doesn't open as you try to take it out of the trunk. The person commenting was suggesting reading in detail the instructions manual, it may be obvious, but perhaps check again in case that's something that may help you!

I have a buzz that my DH insisted on . I swear it is designed to appeal to men . I hate it as its heavy to lift , wheels go wonky on smooth floors and has no real storage . Admittely it was useful with the maxi cosi but beyond that useless . Don't even try flying with it . I quickly bought a Maclaren and I had another child within 18 months so bought a double Maclaren .

I don't even have a basket :( Does closing the pram have anything to do with the grey bar on the handle (that you push to extend the handles) Mine locks when trying to close then I have to jiggle the bar!!

I'm having the same problem, also short so I have to hold one side up once I get the car seat unattached then run around the other side! Other then the above I actually really like the Quincy buzz - mind you the shopping basket seems to be total pants!

We fell pregnant with twins but lost the one early on...so just a standard pram. I'm probably just being petty I just hate taking so long to take it apart in the heat every day for school run :( Oh I'm really really sorry about that Pingu. :( I think you are not being petty or anything, all of us tend to like/dislike a product after actually using it.

I have the mothercare my3 and its the same when you take the maxicosi out, definitely a fiddle, especially as your baby gets heavier, I wonder if they are all like that? (I think Quinny actually make the my3 for Mothercare)

Hi Pingu: from what I recall you have twins correct ? ( forgive me if I'm wrong). Is this a twin stroller you are talking about?
