What cheese for baby?

Want to know what cheese to give to my baby with low sodium content?

Till now, I have used Philadelphia for cream cheese, anchor for cheddar and DiGiorno for parmesan. I am giving him cheese on an almost daily basis (most of the recipes I make include it), so can't stop worrying about his salt intake. He is 9 mo.

Any ideas as to cheese with low sodium content I should be using instead?

I think the stronger the cheese the higher the sodium content, so I avoided strong hard cheese like Parmesan until my DD was about 15 months. Stick to milder uncoloured cheddars, mozzarella and emmenthal. I don't think the brand matters. Avoid halloumi and feta, although DD loves both of them now. Also, look at the sodium content of her foods over the week instead of worrying that (for example) he's had cheese and bread in one day.
