Very easy 1 cup of flour Add 1 egg Then add I cup of milk Beat Then pour into buttered evenly heated frying pan They come out as thin crepes and can be filled with anything!

that's not a recipe Sticky, that's a list of ingredients. Quantities please. I do it without quantities by sight and consistancy! OK try 2 eggs, add some flour and then milk to produce a batter, if too thick add more milk to thin add some flour, whisk so no lumps, ready. Knob of butter in pan, cook. watch heat not too high or low, flip, serve. Nutella in this house! LOL
