i used to have alot of period cramps unbearable that i cudnt go to work.later when i checked witht he gynae she said i have fibroids and that ws the main reason. its good to have a regular check atleast once a year with the gynaec. hi dr told you there is fibroid then did dr gave you any treat medicine for fibroid??

I find exercise really helps with the cramps. Some gentle swimming or walking if you aren't too much into exercise would suffice. At night I take Mefanamic acid, but that requires a prescription. Actually Mefanamic Acid is available in most pharmacies without a prescription. I've been using it on & off for 13 years with no prescription at all.
