I've had part time staff before, and usually their annual leave is pro-rota'ed based on the number of days they work a week. But it would still equal 5 weeks holiday. For example if you was working 3 days a week, you would be given 15 days leave. I'm not sure if its changed, but part time working was never recongnised under the labour law, so it's a bit of a grey area.

I believe it is the same, 30 calendar days paid. obviously paid on the part time rate. if you work every day, just less hours. if you work only certain days here and there, i do not think that there is any holiday alllowance.
