PO Box question

Boring for a Thursay night I know but I've done a search and can't really find all the answers to my questions. I can check this out next week but if anybody has first hand advice, great!

I'm looking to have a PO Box for my company plus for 2 other clients who also have companies.

I imagine I will have to pay the company rate rather than a personal PO box rate which is fine but is it OK to share this PO Box with other companies?

Also, if I recall, the billing is from the 1st January each year. So if I decided to get a PO Box now, would the bill be on a pro-rata basis or would I be billed for a whole year to then be billed again in January for another year.

Hope somebody can help.

Thank you

Thanks. That helps me when I go to the post office Appreciated No problem, you'd also need to take a copy of each of the trade licenses as well when you go.

I just set up a PO box, and there was a section which said: List all trade licenses using this PO box (or something along those lines). I didn't really ask because I didn't need it, but I think you can, maybe at an extra charge?

If I am informed correctly, each establishment requires its own post office box; sharing is definitely discouraged, if not disallowed as it is part of the corporate set-up (at least with locally establishments as opposed to FZ companies).
