Considering renting a villa in springs 10, what is the area like?

How close to the gym and Spinnys?

Best bet honestly for finding a place in the springs would be to drive around, see the ones you like and phone the numbers posted on them. Some will even be open so you can pop inside and have a look around if they are empty. Just make up an address at the gates and in you go! Theres enough empty. Thanks arohadxb, DH and I drove around Springs 1 and 2 today. I can see that lots are empty, but many do not have numbers on. I'm sure we will find the right one, it will just take time :\: I found it odd that security don't have the numbers to call, as surely they'd know which villas are empty. You would think so, but unfortunately they just looked at us with a blank.

it's about a 1,5km at a stretch along the road to spinns. there is a gym you can join at the hayya club at the town center...where spins is. We don't have a pool though, we go to 11 for that. We like it, nice and quiet. Had a look at the villa today...location is not right for us. Do you know if there are any other villas available in Springs 10? I would like to have a look at 1 and 2 also, but I would imagine it is difficult finding a villa to rent in either of those areas. Nope I live in Springs 2 and there a loads of empty villas! Do you know who I would contact re rental No idea, we tried to find that out for a friend who was looking. Tried asking security but they just gave us blank looks. Some of the villas have 'for rent' signs outside - the one on the corner next to us has 3! So they must be desperate lol springs 2 street 9 villa 13 - 90k 1 cheque - backs onto the school type E Thanks for letting me know about villa 13... I checked that one out today - if you know of any others please let me know :)

It's on street 13. Drove around today and could not see a villa with any signs outside on street 13 - Mind you we were pretty dizzy for driving around and around at that stage.:)

It's on street 13. Thanks, I will take a look. I'm hijacking my own thread...you added to the thread about 'bad pedicures' that you had never had a bad manicure - can I ask you where you go. My nails and cuticles are terrible, ruined! I made the stupid mistake of letting 'the cuticle excess' to be trimmed!!!!!
