She only has to come back through an agency if you send her back to the Philippines, because it is their rule, not a UAE rule. If you send her to Oman, Bahrain, Kish island or somewhere, then all you will need is the pink entry slip for her return.

We are looking at hiring a maid. She is currently in Dubai after having her visa cancelled by her previous sponsor last week so we are now researching the process to bring her on board.
I understand that she will need to exit the country and re-enter before a new sponsorship can be processed (but please correct me if I am wrong) but have heard that re-entry rules have recently been changed for Philippinas meaning that if she exits Dubai, she can only be brough back in by an agency. Can anyone please offer any further insights for me on this one.
A friend is in a situation at the moment where her Philippina maid has gone home for her annual holiday and at the same time has had to renew her passport - she is being refused entry back into Dubai unless it is via an agency (and therefore pays their fees) even though she has ongoing employment. Appreciate that this may be a different situation so if anyone can advise I would be most appreciative.
