Why is it so hard for DU to cancel services and let you pay your final bill?!
Argh - I'm so ticked off at this. I take my box, remote, cash to the DU shop in MCC ask to cancel my services and pay my final bill. The guy brings up the amount, deducts my original deposit, I pay, get the form that says I've returned everything - great. I did also ask for a final break down and a final receipt, which he never gave me and said I didn't need and that the sales receipt should be enough.
Sure enough I call to make sure the services are disconnected only to be told I still owe them - er what? So Mr so called Customer Service at the store A. can't add up, B. can't do his job properly.
