has anyone learned to meditate here, can u recommend any classes, not fly by night cowboys doing weird stuff, but meditation to help relax - thanks.
ps on another note whats the difference with pilates reformer or mat, which one has the fastest results thanks.

I go to third eye center .On mondays they have meditation sessions for only AED 10 . And they offer various healing courses on other day . It is a great place to learn diferent meditations .

i bet third eye center, ( http://eventful.com/venues/third-eye-center-/V0-001-000277055-5 ) , the healing zone( http://www.thehealingzone.net/) or the holistic institute or centers ( http://www.theholisticinstitute.org/ ) (http://www.healthholistic.com/) may have meditation classes, i need to take a course in the same thing. good luck : )

Hi Fairwater, I am a firm believer in doing Yoga, it not only stengthens and tones your entire body but is also a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, whose goal is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility. I have got DH into it now aswell, and i have found that it has also helped our marriage, we are calmer, more loving, not sure how or why but it has :) I have been to numerous different gyms/studios and so far i have found that Fidelity fitness in JLT ha sthe best schedule and instructors
