Hi

My daughter has to take fries for a party at the end of her class

she has to take the fries at 3.30 and the party is around 6 pm

How do I transport the fries without it leaving water and becoming soggy

Wish the fries can remain crisp although consumption is after 2.3 hours of frying ?

Urgent replies please if possible

thks

Have you called to confirm that a) It is actually fries that are required and not something that has been lost in translation?? - ie - fries are called chips in Uk English - but in many countries chips = crisps - that they don't want those french-fry crips/snacks b) That they want the already cooked? and not a bag of oven chips to be cooked nearer dinner?

u could just get a cafeteria (the small shawerma/burger joints) to deliver the fries directly to the venue?

Can you not take in the fries yourself at 6?

Sounds revolting! Are any of the children going to want to eat 2.5 hour old fries?! Have you definitely been given the right message about what you are supposed to bring and when? It seems like an odd food to request given the parameters.

I've never ever seen any fries that remain crisp after around half an hour maximum. I am sorry but I don't think it is possible to stop them from being soggy. :(
