Hi

Does anyone know how to get a freelance visa> I am in media business hoping to move out to DUbai and my DH is in the personal training business

I have read a very old post ( elsewhere on the net) saying you can get licences from Media city but I cant find any info there at all!

Would such a visa allow me to sponsor my family to come out? And is it costly?

Yes you can get a freelance visa from Media City. DH is a graphic designer and when I was enquiring for him it was something lilke 17,500AED just for the visa alone and then you have to take out a virtual workstation. www.dubaimediacity.com You will most probably have to call them to get more information as that is what I did. Yes you can sponsor your family on the visa but there are certain requirements which you have to meet depending on your situation.
