Re-entry visa for maid?

Please can anyone help. We are arranging for our maid to take a month off (annual paid leave) and were told that we would need to get some additional paperwork done before she was able to return to Dubai. She is still within her 12 month visa when she returns so I didn't think there would be a problem with her returning to Dubai to continue with us.
Please can anyone tell me what it is that I will need. Our maid is from the phillipines.
