I had twins this time last year and I still have quite a bit of baby weight, not to mention the fact that I am slowly losing my mind from boredom. So I decided to renew some of my old hobbies - horseback riding and tennis - and/or get a personal trainer to get back in shape.

Is it really so difficult? The stables won't answer - ok, I get it, still summer, maybe they will answer in a few weeks - but every tennis coach and personal trainer I speak with is oh so busy and can't be bothered. I am willing to pay money, and frankly I don't particularly care how much, so why is it soooo ****** difficult to find someone???

I think a lot of people are on holiday so the ones who are here are kept busy. My dd rides at Desert Palm- they re open in October and the instructors are all away at the moment. It's still a bit hot for tennis too. Why not try to catch some exercise classes in a gym and then start calling around for the other sports at the start of September.

That sucks, but isn't a surprise! I have a good friend who is a personal trainer - can put you in touch? Or you can come and walk doglet with me - I've defo lost weight over the last 3 months I've had him!
