I tip 10 aed for threading (eyesbrows, upper lip). The lady takes her time on my eyebrows which I like.

I always tip. The only time I would consider not tipping is if they did a really terrible job.

I do the same as Chillipepper. More or less depending on the kindness and care. I tip my hairdresser also, around 50 dhs.

I tipped at the previous salon when I remembered and also if they were nice and polite. Usually it was 10 to 20 dirhams, not often much more.

I do if they are polite and chat and do a good job. Sometimes I get some right miserable ladies who barely say hi or don't listen when I say don't dig my toe nails lol then I might not tip.

Thanks ChilliPepper - I normally do tip but I am never sure how much and last time I tipped the lady who had done the manicure didn't understand why I was giving her money LOL :) After that I started to wonder if it was the "done" thing.

I think so. 10dhs each treatment is probably fine. But if the same girl doing all 3 I would give her 20dhs total. But that's just what I do. no doubt everyone has different views.

Is it expected that we tip after a manicure, pedicure or threading? If so how much is reasonable?? Sorry for the questions but from where I come from tipping is not part of culture so I am a little lost... TIA SD x
