Just to let you all know I lost 4.8kgs and i have continued my healthy eating 80% since I have returned. Looking to increase that to 100% over the next 2 weeks. The retreat changed my life. Im even happier as there is a Juicemaster outlet in Etihad Mall, a mere 5 mins from Mirdif!! Go support your local Juicers!

Its amazing, great people. This is the RAF bootcamp week but we have been introduced to Nordic Walking which has really been popular and I love it, will be doing it when Im back. youre with like minded people which helps and we do have a right laugh. It MAY be the last retreat her in Turkey, Jason has bought somewhere in Portugal he is building just for him and his retreats so it will be an improved version of the one here in Gocek. If its not ready by next season we will be back here. I will be back regardless of location.

Its easier than you think .. and they dont expect anyone to live off of juices only for 14 days but you can and healthily. That movie shows people doing it under Drs observation and approval for 60 days +. Its entirely up to you what you want to do. As before 7lbs in 7 Days is a good place to start but get through day 3 and you will be fine!!

You can do 3 7 or 14 days, whatever you can fit in. I recommend starting with Jason Vales "7lbs in 7 Days", though his best book to read is "Slim for Life". If you need any more details Im here with the Juicemaster team - Jason is hopefully going to make an appearance before the week ends! Watch the movie below too. OMG amazing!! The 14 day one isn't actually juice only though... the 3 day and 7 day are ONLY juice, so you have to be committed :)

How long can you do a juicing programme? I was thinking of doing this myself just to give my body and organs a proper 'cleanse'. I could also do with weight loss. I heard Jason Vale is good but I dont know which programme to start. There is a 3 day one and a 7 day one, Jason Vale himself says you can't live off just juice. http://www.juicemaster.com/7lbs-in-7-days-super-juice-diet.html you should read the book though, it makes so much more sense. And you definitely do detox the system and lose weight.

If anyone is interested in the juicing retreat I am on in Turkey, you can check my progress and what happens on one by following my blog - fatexpatdxb.blogspot.com I recommend anyone who questions juicing to watch the movie "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead". Amazing stories, proof that this is a healthy way of eating. I hope when I come back there are some spare Juicemaster Juice bars left for me :) Happy Juicing everyone.

Hey thanks Babylons for posting, I went to planet nutrition in DXB mall today and they had all the books vitamins and the actual juice bar as per your post! I am a raw eater/juicer!!!! I don't know anything in the Dubai area yet....but I did my own program....and lost over 100lbs in 4 months and regained so many things about myself!!! In 2 weeks Im travelling to Turkey to complete a weekd juicing retreat with Jason Vales Juicemaster team (www.juicemaster.com). There is a Juicemaster juice bar in Dubai Mall on the ground floor, close to Organic Shop, inside the Planet Nutrition store next to the exit to the taxis and car parks - there is a flower shop opposite - http://www.juicemaster.com/media/upload/image/Dubai%20Mall%20Outlet%20Location.jpg. They sell lots of supplements used in juicing and sell his books and others - when they are not sold out! They used to sell his fruit and veggie bars but they sell out so fast its rare I can get hold of them these days. You can follow his juicing books really easy. And if you want to go organic, there is a weekly organic farmers market on every Saturday - its called Ripe, but their website is not working www.ripeme.com.

Sarah80, I'm a health food and supplement freak and I go to the organics shop at Dubai Mall and supplement shops on a regular basis, and I've never seen anything like this available. You could do a couple of things. Pick up a herbal detox, there are a few varieties, then also pick up organic fruits and veggies, fresh and frozen from the organics shop, and Kallo brand soup broths. They are all natural and organic. The organics shop carries another brand too but they're a bit more expensive. If you can wait until the third Saturday of October, you can buy all this during their sale. For something structured, there are quite a few good web sites with detox diets.
