I will need a insurance for my new car, got good offer from AXA. Just had a look into the offer again, anyone could explain some points please:
- what covers off-road cover?
- what is the no claims discount protection which could be chosen extra?

Many thanks!

My OH half paid 2600dhs last year on renewal Axa wanted 3100, after a short moan to them they reduced it to 1900. So make sure you do barter.

Thanks. So, it sounds that it is worth to pay little extra per year to have this no claims discount protection?! Find out how much they're charging and how much the discount is.

You get discounts for your no claims bonus. i.e. for every year you don't make a claim, you get no claims bonus. Obviously then if you have an accident and make a claim, you lose your no claims and the discount, so you can pay a small amount to protect the no claims bonus discount. Off-roa cover, obviously if you're dune bashing or driving off road then you're covered for that. If you don't have a 4x4, I wouldn't bother with it.
