Hi ladies
The IT guy my company is currently using is completely useless (to put it mildly!), and I need to find someone who actually knows what he is doing, answers his phone when we phone him, comes when he says he will and actually manages to fix a problem without creating a new one!
Does such a person exist?????????
If so, please post details as we are having major problems (mostly caused by existing IT fool), that need to be sorted out ASAP.
