Yes, you can use any typing centre in any of the emirates - and if you ask they will phone and make your appointment while you are there.

I should think so, we have friends with Dubai visas who went to RAK to get their Emirates IDs done because it was so much quicker - took them about 2 hours for a family of 4 to get typing done and cards issued, I believe :) <em>edited by simpleasabc on 05/10/2011</em>
