moo moo what sort of price is the owner after? Last year, he was looking for 110,000 but I paid 100,000 with 1 cheque. Not sure what he would be looking for now but I can certainly ask the Agent if you like?

My tenancy finishes on 28th December. Not sure what you're looking for but it's a 5 bedroom villa on a compound of 6 with a communal pool, plus maid's quarters. It's totally out of the flight path.
