Just wanted to make sure that the woman who jaywalked on Wed afternoon Al Wasl Rd, Um Sequim area realizes that she caused an accident. I slowed down to avoid hitting her as she ran across the road (and then at one point stood in the middle of two lanes). As I slowed down a large delivery van hit me from behind. Result two damaged cars, one possibly two whiplashes and one man may lose his job etc. The point of writing this is not to make anyone feel guilty (not much can be done after the fact). I just want to make sure that when people jaywalk they realize the potential consequences and they don't do it when there is a lot of traffic. Someone could get hurt especially the jaywalker. Thanks
