You can also use a little glass or tea-cup to cut out scone rounds - this is what i did when I lived in a small village in Scandinavia

Probably Spinney's, Choithram's, Park and Shop, Tavola, Daiso in Oasis Mall. Or, you can always break off a piece of the mixture, roll it in your lightly floured hands and then flatten slightly on the baking tray. <em>edited by amelia on 11/11/2011</em>
