JAFZA Visa
Hi Ladies,
My DH has got a job in a JAFZA company. He was earlier working for another co. in Dubai and he left the job completed his 6 months ban period got back and landed on this job. Now the problem is that the new company has been trying to apply for his employment visa but the authorities have rejected it stating that they need a labour card cancellation paper copy with it. DH tried to contact the old company but they seem to not have it. He tried going to the Labour dept. to get a copy but they said the papers he has is enough and he doesnt need any other documents as its a freezone company. And freezone have nothing to do with labour permit. We are worried and dunno what to do.
Has anyone been in this situation before? How did you sort it out?
