I was having login issues with them the other day as well - from within the UAE, though. The login page just wasn't...connecting?
After 2 days of trying and trying, it decidedly to randomly work in Explorer, but no other browser. Once in, I see that they have done a bit of updating/upgrading of the system so I wouldn't be shocked if SCB internet banking is unpredictable for a bit now.

Seriously, which bank isn't having problems - think I'm going to go back to the good old days of using cash for everything. Wasn't technology supposed to make life easier!
Yes theyre having alot of technical issues with their online banking because theyre making some changes to it. Weve also had some problems with it since yesterday.

I am wondering if anyone else has this issue. I am currently in Saudi Arabia for work; when I tried to login to my Standard Chartered Online banking a message appeared to say that it was not allowed from Saudi Arabia. I called them and they said it was just a technical issue and to keep trying, but the message on screen looked very offical.
I have logged in and paid my cc using a V*N through the UK, but was interested to see if anyone else has this problem.
